Return and Refund Policy for Amor & Accessories LLC

General Policy

  • All sales are final except for items that are damaged, defective, or do not fit.

  • If your jewelry does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and materials included.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the product and packaging.

  • Approved claims will receive a full refund, exchange, or replacement.

Process

  • To initiate a return or exchange, email us at amor_accessories@outlook.com with your order details and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, exchanges or refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method or through a replacement shipment.
